We make our own Matzah

Our matzah for communion has been prepared by Deaconess Saray Snyder according to old Jewish Tradition including using the proper ingredients and the proper time requirements for preparation.  It’s wonderful to have authentic traditional matzah made in-house.

Red Tirosh - Grape Juice from The Holy Land

For CWC Communion now Introducing Non-Alcoholic grape juice (Tirosh) from the vineyards of Carmel Winery in Israel. A little bit of background history, The Carmel Winery began in 1889 in the Galilee area. It survived through the rule and perils of the Ottoman Empire, the British mandate, the two World Wars, and to date through all the unrest since Israel became a State. It has been a very important business to the country and it has never stopped producing since its beginning. There is great history behind the producer of this Tirosh and we are excited to have this juice for our Holy Communion straight from the Holy Land.
