Who is Covenant Word Church?

Covenant Word Church is a Spirit-led, Christ-centered community of believers in Key West, Florida. We gather with a shared passion: to receive and share the timely truths of God that speak to life today. We are not just a church—we are a hub of spiritual growth, healing, purpose, and outreach, called to establish God’s kingdom in our city and beyond.

Our Mission

We exist to see God’s people live transformed lives through His Word and power. Our mission is to:

Establish God’s people in truth, victory, righteousness, and excellence
Equip believers with knowledge and spiritual power for their God-given calling
Engage, subdue, and overcome the enemy
Restore people to their covenant relationship with God through Jesus Christ
Strengthen families and promote unity in the body of Christ
Go to the nations with the Gospel message

Everything we do is rooted in the Word of God and guided by the Holy Spirit. We depend on His leading, anointing, and wisdom—not human effort alone. That’s why we measure success by God’s approval, the spiritual growth of His people, and the miraculous transformation of hearts and lives.

The vision God has given Covenant Word Church is bigger than one city—it’s global. We are called to reach Key West and the nations with the message of hope, healing, and purpose found in Jesus. Whether it’s through missions, prayer, teaching, or acts of service, we go where God leads and speak what He speaks.

OUR PASTORS

Our much loved Pastors Kevin and Dianne Kerr are the pioneers of Covenant Word Church standing firm in The Word of The Lord for 32 Years in Key West, FL. Unwavering in their faith and uncompromising in the delivery of God’s Word to His Church.

Pastors Kevin and Dianne Kerr are servants of the Lord who are called to the Body of Christ for “equipping the saints for life”. They walk in the authority and humility of God’s grace.They serve as an excellent example of a loving Christian couple. Jesus working in them and through them will definitely change your life and encourage your family.

Senior Pastor Kevin Kerr

Kevin J. Kerr, Senior Pastor of Covenant Word Church in Key West, Florida, is an ordained minister with giftings of Apostle and Prophet. He is called of God to teach the Bible, to pray for the sick, to travel to the nations and to bring to others God’s Word and Power. These giftings are evident when one listens to him speak. Pastor Kevin Kerr is also known for his practical and straightforward speaking.

Pastor Dianne Kerr

Pastor Dianne Kerr co-pastors Covenant Word Church with her husband. She is gifted with the Wisdom of God, both in an individual and group settings. Pastor Dianne is an encouragement to all of the CWC Family, especially to the women. She is a marvelous example of a Godly wife and encourages the ladies. Pastor Dianne leads by example and in The Word of God as we continue in the spiritual growth to become virtuous women as described in the book of Proverbs.
